چکیده
In this paper, we introduce the concept of canonical stretched rings, sparse rings and maximum ideals. Then give characterizations rings; a characterization Gorenstein in terms their Several explicit examples are provided along paper to illustrate such rings.

متن کاملOn Canonical Modules of Toric Face Rings
Generalizing the concepts of Stanley–Reisner and affine monoid algebras, one can associate to a rational pointed fan Σ in Rd the Zd-graded toric face ring K[Σ]. Assuming that K[Σ] is Cohen–Macaulay, the main result of this paper is to characterize the situation when its canonical module is isomorphic to a Zd-graded ideal of K[Σ]. From this result several algebraic and combinatorial consequences...

If A is a strongly noetherian graded algebra generated in degree one, then there is a canonically constructed graded ring homomorphism from A to a twisted homogeneous coordinate ring B(X,L, σ), which is surjective in large degree. This result is a key step in the study of projectively simple rings. The proof relies on some results concerning the growth of graded rings which are of independent i...
متن کاملThe Beilinson Complex and Canonical Rings of Irregular Surfaces
An important theorem by Beilinson describes the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves on P, yielding in particular a resolution of every coherent sheaf on P in terms of the vector bundles Ω Pn (j) for 0 ≤ j ≤ n. This theorem is here extended to weighted projective spaces. To this purpose we consider, instead of the usual category of coherent sheaves on P(w) (the weighted projective space...
